Do you have themes for girls and boys?
We have themes for both girls and boys, and themes can be mixed subject to availability.
Do you offer custom themes?
Yes. We would love to work with you on a custom theme but ask that you contact us at least 3 weeks in advance so that we may have time to purchase all items needed.
Do our guests need to bring anything?
No, just themselves and their pj’s.
When should I request a booking for my Whimsy Little Teepee sleepover party?
As soon as you know the date of your party, please go to our Book Now page and click “Book your sleepover” to reserve your preferred date and theme. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debt card, cash or check. If booking online, PayPal or Credit/Debt card checkout is required.
Is delivery and set up included in the package price?
Yes, we will deliver, set up, style and return the following day to pack up and collect all the equipment. We generally allow 1.5-2 hours for party set ups and an hour for pack up. Additional travel fees may be charged for deliveries outside of Okaloosa and Walton Counties.
When is delivery and set up?
Delivery and set up will be between 10-3 the day of the party. A two hour window for arrival will be given the day of delivery. We will return the following day to pack up the equipment at an agreed upon time.
What areas do you service?
Delivery to all of Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties plus Pensacola is included in package prices. We are happy to service areas outside of these areas for an additional mileage charge.
How are the Teepees cleaned?
All linens and teepee covers are washed after every rental using an allergy free detergent. Any decorative pillows and decorative items are always disinfected and spot cleaned when necessary.
Are food and drink allowed in the Teepees?
We ask most food and drink, with the exception of water and less messy snacks, stay out of the teepee set up area. You will be responsible for any damages or stains incurred during your rental period.
How much space do I need for the Teepees?
Each Teepee is 3.5 feet wide and 5.5 feet long. If you are unsure if you will have enough room, please feel free to send us a photo with measurements of your space, or arrange a pre-visit (for an additional fee) and we can check out how they will fit. This needs to be done at least 7 days prior to your party date. Children who are taller than 5 feet will require a twin size mattress which is slightly larger. Please contact us for more information.
Is there an age range for the Teepees?
Yes, our Teepees are not recommended for children under the age of 5.
Can I rent Teepees for more than one night?
Yes, but this must be pre-arranged. Standard prices will apply for each night.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to the scheduled party date. The $150 deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
